Review: Urban Decay Naked Palette

As a huge make-up junkie for a girl who doesn't even wear make-up (this is true), I decided that the Urban Decay Naked palette was the MUST-HAVE for all girls. This is the only palette I own and I'm quite happy with it. It does the job well and I haven't purchased any palettes since purchasing this one over 2 years ago because a lot of shades in other palettes are already within the Naked palette.

The Urban Decay Naked palette consists of 12 shades, 2 matte and the rest shimmer. Starting from light to dark we have: Virgin, Sin, Naked, Sidecar, Buck, Half Baked, Smog, Darkhorse, Toasted, Hustle, Creep and Gunmetal. I have almost all the shades except for Creep and Gunmetal. Using this palette, I realize that you're easily able to combine shades together to make the smoky eye look (smog + toasted = my personal fave) and you can even use a shade as an eyebrow filler! (darkhorse) To enhance the size of your eyes or to even get them noticed, instead of using a white eyeliner pencil, you can just use the shade virgin and blend it in with your eyelid or any other shadow you're using.

No matter what neutral feeling you're having that day, the Naked palette definitely has a shade suitable for you and your eyes. It's no bright and adventurous palette but a sultry, contained, and subtle palette for everyday use or for special occasion events.

Definitely not something you'd want to pass up!
It's available for purchase at Sephora (online and in-store), Ulta, Shoppers Drug Mart (Beauty Boutique), or Debenhams.
